1.結(jié)構(gòu)特征

如圖所示，發(fā)生器由機(jī)箱、燃燒腔視窗機(jī)構(gòu)、氣泵、流量計(jì)、開關(guān)按鈕、點(diǎn)煙器、循環(huán)氣泵及過濾器、CPU板及電源板等幾大部件組成。機(jī)箱采用薄不銹鋼板折彎、拼裝焊接而成，表面除銹處理后作白色烤漆。

2.  工作原理 

本發(fā)生器采用正壓空氣吹入法發(fā)生煙霧，將香煙固定于底座煙嘴上，燃燒腔管接于底座，用點(diǎn)煙器點(diǎn)燃香煙，同時(shí)開始計(jì)時(shí)，香煙在（40～50）s 內(nèi)燃燒完畢，固態(tài)顆粒物（香煙煙霧）經(jīng)煙嘴尾部的煙霧導(dǎo)出管導(dǎo)入到測(cè)試艙內(nèi)。香煙燃盡后，關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣泵并關(guān)煙灰斷煙霧輸出，進(jìn)入循環(huán)氣泵工作狀態(tài)，將原來燃燒腔視窗內(nèi)殘留的煙霧過濾干凈。

Structural features

As shown in the figure, the generator consists of several major components, such as chassis, combustion chamber window mechanism, air pump, flowmeter, switch button, cigarette lighter, circulating pump and filter, CPU board and power board. The chassis ,made by thin stainless steel , was producted by bending, assembled and welded process. The surface ,baked with white paint  had been deal with  derustiing processing.

2 working method

The generator adopts a positive pressure air blowing method to generate smoke. The cigarette is fixed on the cigarette holder which is connected to the the combustion tube. The cigarette is ignited by the cigarette lighter. At the same time ,the time counting starts. The cigarette will burn up within (40-50) s .The solid particulate matter (cigarette smoke) is introduced into the test chamber through the smoke outlet tube at the tail of the mouthpiece. After the cigarette burns out, the machine will close the intake pump and shut off the smoke output. Then it will start the  circulating gas pump and filter the residual smoke in the Combustion chamber.
